What these apartments are
The four holiday apartments are not on the campsite — they stand in the village of Brienz, on Seestrasse, a two-minute walk from the Aaregg grounds. They're run by the same family that runs the campsite.
We recommend them in two cases: when the bungalows are booked out and you still want to stay in the area — or when you'd simply rather sleep in a proper apartment, with your own kitchen, washing machine and a door that locks. Two of the four (Beachhouse 16 and Apartment 18) even have direct lake access — something only a handful of bungalows on the campsite can offer.

If you want the camping feel but a real roof over your head, the campsite has four bungalows right on the lake, one wheelchair-accessible, one for couples without kids — plus four sleeping huts for the no-fuss option.
