General Terms and Conditions 2025
1. Booking
You may submit your booking request for a stay at Camping Aaregg via www.aaregg.ch, by e-mail or by letter. Your request is normally processed immediately, and you will receive a reply directly from us.
1.1 Bookings by minors
Young people aged 16 to 18 making a booking must present, on arrival, a written authorisation from a legal guardian for the entire stay. Without this authorisation, Camping Aaregg is not bound by the contract and is entitled to re-let the reserved object without compensation.
2. Conclusion of the contract
2.1 Booking by internet or e-mail
A booking for a pitch becomes final only once availability has been confirmed and the deposit (see clause 3) has been received. If the deposit fails to arrive within the payment deadline, we may dispose of the pitch. Deposit receipts are not re-confirmed (on request by e-mail). A booking for rental accommodation becomes final as soon as the deposit has been received within the specified deadline.
2.2 Booking via our booking system
Final only once availability has been confirmed.
3. Deposit
3.1 Booking by internet / e-mail / letter
- Pitch: deposit CHF 200 (or full amount if lower).
- Rental accommodation: deposit 50 % of the estimated total (full amount optional).
- Invoice payable within 14 days of issue.
3.2 Booking via internet booking system
Deposit or full amount is due immediately. The credit card is charged upon acceptance.
4. Booking fee
No booking fee.
5. Pitch preference
Pitch preferences are accommodated as far as possible. Campsite management reserves the right to change the pitch number and assign an equivalent replacement. A pitch change does not entitle to a price reduction or refund.
6. Minimum stay
- High-season pitch: 7 nights.
- Rental accommodation high season: 7 nights Saturday–Saturday (exceptions: Woody Tramp / Pod / Woody Tramp Plus: 2 nights; Family Woody Tramp XL: 2 nights).
- Easter, Ascension, Whit, Corpus Christi: 3 nights.
7. Arrival / departure — final settlement
7.1 Pitch
- Pitch reservation is held until 18:00 on the arrival day.
- Pitch must be vacated by 11:00 on the departure day.
7.2 Rental accommodation
- Check-in 15:00
- Check-out 10:00
7.3 Presentation of booking confirmation
On registration: present a written booking confirmation and a copy of the deposit.
7.4 Final settlement
The estimated total is to be settled on arrival. Additional costs must be paid by the evening before departure.
8. Late arrival / early departure
8.1 Late arrival / no-show
In the event of a delay, the guest must inform us by phone before 18:00; otherwise the booking is considered cancelled. The maximum grace period is one day after the booking start. Amounts already paid are not refunded. For fixed periods, the full amount remains due even on later arrival.
8.2 Early departure
The full amount for the entire reserved period must be paid.
9. Group bookings
Groups (from 8 persons) cannot be booked online — please contact us directly by e-mail. Special cancellation terms may apply. Youth groups (under 18) only with adult supervision.
10. Cancellation
In writing by e-mail or letter. The date of receipt is decisive.

Bank charges are borne by the customer. Late arrival / early departure remain fully chargeable → cancellation insurance is recommended, as these conditions also apply in case of illness, death or accident. Reserved days cannot be moved due to bad weather.
11. Pets
- Maximum 2 per installation; in rental accommodation only on request.
- Owners must ensure that pets do not disturb or soil other guests or facilities.
- Pets are not allowed in sanitary buildings.
- Pets may not be left unattended.
- Dogs and cats must always be kept on a leash.
- Exception: guide and assistance dogs for persons with disabilities are permitted in the Cerebral bungalow (special conditions possible).
12. Campsite regulations
The house rules apply to all guests; they can be viewed at reception. See also the Camper Code.
13. Data protection
When making a booking, the guest authorises us to store and use personal data (administration, statistics, marketing) and to share it with third parties bound by confidentiality. Details in the Privacy Policy.
14. Place of jurisdiction
Interlaken, Swiss law.
15. Validity
These terms apply from 1 January 2025.
